Supervisor Place
of work: Sousse– Tunisia Summary of main purpose of this job: *  Ensure goods reception, storage and delivery of components to the production units according to planning *  Prepare the shipments of finished goods to the customers according to the delivery planning Main tasks and duties: 1- Ensure goods reception: check of quantities and quality of the packaging, compliance of documents, 2- Initiate supplier claims if any deviation detected in goods reception 3- Ensure dispatching of incoming goods to the right storage locations 4- Ensure the transfer of components to the production to fulfil the orders 5- Ensure the shipment of the finished goods to the customers 6- End User SAP: Fulfil all the SAP transactions (booking, stock transfer orders,…) according to the H+S processes 7- Alert the production planner in case of components availability problem 8- Make regular stock taking 9- Prepare and organize the annual whole stock taking 10- Assure a clean and 5S warehouse 11- Apply the Global Management System processes in the warehouse area. 12- Ensure a safe work environment in the area of responsibility (storage rules, forklift use, safety shoes,...) Essential requirements of skills, experience: 1- University level: education in electronics/industrial/ electrical/mechanical/engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent 2- Professional experience – minimum 3 years in a similar position 3- Good written and spoken English 4- Very good organizational skills, 5- Accountable and reliable person 6- High flexibility. 7- Driving license (be able to drive and properly use the forklift) 8- Computer Knowledge (ERP, SAP, Ms Office ) 9- Good knowledge in customs clearance 10- Good Reactivity level 11- Good communication skills ( relationship with customs, clearance company, production,…) We offer: Employment based on a contract of employment Friendly atmosphere and support of colleagues from the department Very good working conditions and high health and safety standards co-financing of conventions with gyms meals voucher If you want to join us,
