Plant Manager

Plant Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, and optimize plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Supervise and develop production, maintenance, and quality teams. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) prPlant Managerocedures. Control production budgets and manage operational costs. Ensure effective maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and planning departments to ensure timely delivery. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports. Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of plant staff. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning. Profile & Requirements: Electrical, Electronics Engineer or equivalent. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in plant or production management, ideally in the electronics industry. Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of production processes, maintenance systems, and quality standards (ISO, Lean Manufacturing, etc.). Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
