We are looking for a dynamic and talented HRD Supervisor to join our team! If you are passionate about people development, driving HR initiatives, and shaping organizational culture , this could be your next career move. Responsibilities: Develop and implement
HRD strategies, policies, and programs. Oversee training and
development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career development. Manage performance
appraisal systems and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Lead talent management
and succession planning activities. Collaborate with
department heads to identify HRD needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with
legal and regulatory requirements in HR practices. Monitor and evaluate the
effectiveness of HRD programs and make necessary adjustments. Provide coaching and
support to employees to foster a positive work environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of
experience in HR development or a similar role. Strong understanding of
HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to
develop and implement HRD programs and strategies. Proficiency in HR
software and MS Office applications. Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities.
