Community Manager

We are looking for a creative and bilingual Community Manager to join our team in Tunisia! If you are passionate about social media, storytelling, and building strong online communities, this role is for you.Responsibilities

• Manage and animate our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create outstanding monthly content timelines/calendars
• Develop engaging content ideas, stories, captions, and community activations
• Interact daily with followers (comments, messages, engagement strategies)
• Monitor KPIs and prepare basic monthly performance reports
• Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure consistency and brand identity

  Requirements

• Fluent in English & French 
• Strong creative eye with the ability to propose fresh, high-impact content ideas
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and community management
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to create structured and compelling monthly content timelines
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience in content creation or community management is a plus
