As part of the development of its telesales activity, Outsourcia is recruiting "Customer Service Support" with the following missions:
Your Main Mission:
- Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience by assisting passengers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, baggage, onboard services, and travel procedures, using the appropriate support tools.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly handling inquiries, complaints, and post-travel support cases.
- Clearly and confidently explain complex information such as fare rules, flight changes, baggage policies, and travel requirements to non-technical customers.
- Represent the airline’s values and services by offering appropriate solutions tailored to passengers’ needs.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and operational processes.
- Proactively follow up on customer cases to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
- Develop a strong understanding of the airline’s services, procedures, and customer support tools.
What are we looking for?

Successful candidates must demonstrate:
- A bilingual profile:
- English level C1 (spoken and written).
- Fluent French
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the airline, travel, or tourism industry.
- A strong customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
