EagleProjects Tunisia is a fast-growing company specializing in engineering, digital construction, and innovative solutions for the AEC industry. We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM-based projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy.

• Perform clash detection and conflict resolution using Navisworks.

• Create construction drawings and documentation for project execution.

• Work withpoint cloud datato generate accurate as-built models.

• Maintain and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles.

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD (mandatory), Navisworks, and Dynamo (or similar tools).

• Familiarity withpoint cloud processing and modelingusing Revit or equivalent platforms.

• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and coordination.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Prior experience in architecture, construction, or MEP projects is a plus.
