Bank ABC Tunisia is looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Retail & Digital Banking Department as Head of Retail & Digital Banking.
This key role will drive the growth and transformation of the bank’s retail business, with a strong focus on strategy, digital transformation, product development, and commercial performance. The selected candidate will play a central role in shaping the bank’s retail vision, enhancing customer experience, and leading high-impact initiatives across the network.
The profile should have a solid experience in retail banking, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive change, inspire teams, and deliver results in a competitive environment.
