Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mission :

Ensure all recruitment and talent development activities are executed in alignment with the company's HR strategy and Group policies, while contributing to the attraction, integration, and development of high-performing employees.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.

• Conduct sourcing activities and identify qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

• Perform CV screening, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews.

• Coordinate technical interviews and final validation interviews with HR and Management.

• Conduct internal recruitment processes through global and local job openings.

• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled on time.

• Implement and ensure compliance with the onboarding process.

• Coordinate training activities for new employees.

• Prepare and communicate HR development initiatives, including welcome announcements and job opening communications.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Good level in English and French (written and spoken).

• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and HR best practices.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, managers, and external partners.
