Mechanical Design Engineer

We are a Spanish offshore company with an established industrial plant in Tunisia, specializing in testing , validation of the electrical automotive harness. We are expanding our design team and are looking for talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineers with strong SolidWorks expertise to join us.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.

• Create detailed 2D/3D drawings and technical documentation.

• Work closely with production and project teams to ensure designs meet functional and quality requirements.

• Participate in design reviews and propose innovative solutions for optimization.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience as a mechanical designer/engineer.

• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, drawings, assemblies, simulations).

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility and mobility to work remotely or in other countries when required.
