Junior Software Engineer - Guaranteed Hours Contract Available

Compensation

• $35–$70 per hour after passing the qualification (depending on the role)
• Option to move to a 20h per week Guaranteed Hours contract

Responsibilities

• Teach AI agents how to develop web apps
• Implement web features for correctness and edge cases
• Write clear documentation of findings and rationale

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Up to 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer (internships and personal projects count)
• Familiarity with at least one programming language
• Eagerness to learn and grow technically
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to ask good questions and incorporate feedback
