Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in the Grand Tunis Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain high standards in service quality, and manage team members effectively. Responsibilities include team hiring and training, monitoring food and beverage quality, and fostering a positive dining experience for guests. The role requires coordination with other team members to ensure efficiency and high performance.

• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is a strong advantage
