This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Account Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by handling inbound leads and executing outbound outreach in the startup sector. Your focus will be on startups with 1-100 employees across the EMEA region, helping them harness our innovative software solutions to enhance their hiring capabilities. You'll leverage your SaaS sales experience to conduct product demonstrations and close deals, while receiving guidance to help you evolve into a senior sales professional. This dynamic opportunity allows you to significantly impact our growth trajectory while balancing business development and full-cycle sales responsibilities.

Accountabilities

  • Manage a steady stream of inbound leads successfully.
  • Build pipeline through outbound efforts, focusing on startups.
  • Conduct product demos tailored to prospective startup clients.
  • Close a high volume of deals with newly acquired startup customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop successful strategies.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques based on real-life experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of pipeline creation from outbound outreach.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets creatively and persistently.
  • Adept communication skills, transforming complex ideas into simple terms.
  • Strong organization and diligence in managing multiple opportunities.
