The founder (Hicham Zaraket) (https://www.instagram.com/thezaraket/) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018. We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco) and are looking for our next Account Manager to join. ABOUT THE ROLE This is for you if you are a natural-born problem solver. You are a modern day Don Draper who is always finding to go above and beyond with your creativity and personality. You strive in a fast-paced environment when others flop. Do you feel comfortable managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally? Do you have exceptional communication skills that allow you to convey valuable messages to people across different channels? The Account Manager role is crucial in our agency’s growth. You are the main point of contact for our partners (clients) and will effectively project-manage their success within the agency with the help of internal and external players. You are also exceptional in presentation and will help pitch and close relevant leads to our agency. This role is fully remote and full-time. You need to speak and write Arabic and English fluently and idiomatically. You need to have an Arabic keyboard and be comfortable typing in Arabic. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Build long-term, trusting relationships with our clients (we call them partners) ● Handle complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between all parties for future business ventures ● Constantly monitor processes and create goals and KPIs and reporting systems ● Ensure that projects are delivered on-time with high level of accuracy and quality ● Regularly present your reports and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders ● Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and work with relevant media buyers to keep optimizing ● Recommend, design and implement digital strategies to increase ROI ● Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client, Forecast and track key account metrics ● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives ● Prepare reports on account status and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and -external stakeholders ● Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. ● Work on identifying and sales grow opportunities (pitching and presenting our solutions) A LITTLE ABOUT YOU 👉 Experience in Digital Marketing for 5+ years (performance marketing campaigns) 👉 Experience in Sales & pitching is a plus 👉 Speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and idiomatically 👉 Work experience with a digital agency preferred 👉 Outstanding reporting and presentation skills (excel/powerpoint are your best friends) 👉 You have to be a strong communicator and able to manage clients’ accounts properly. 👉 Significant experience in ecommerce and/or coaches and lead gen in the GCC and beyond 👉 Project management tools user (Clickup preferred but not necessary) 👉 Ability to hit the ground running with no significant direction 👉 Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 👉 Strong organizational and planning skills and excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize work
