Our client, a leading provider of digital gaming solutions, is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive commercial growth across its existing client portfolio in African markets. This is a remote role and can be based anywhere.
The Role
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for increasing revenues from existing partners by developing and executing commercial, marketing, and promotional initiatives. The role is highly hands-on and requires close collaboration with operators to optimise performance through targeted campaigns, promotional tools, and market-specific strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving commercial growth and revenue uplift from existing African-facing clients through structured marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Planning, executing, and optimising promotions, bonuses, tournaments, and other promotional tools in collaboration with operator partners.
- Acting as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Analysing campaign performance and player behaviour to refine promotional strategies and maximise ROI.
- Working closely with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to tailor commercial initiatives to market needs.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the client’s product portfolio.
- Providing market insights and recommendations based on trends, player preferences, and competitive activity within African markets.
- Ensuring all commercial activities align with local regulations and responsible gaming standards.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a commercial, account management, or business development role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong hands-on experience working closely with African-facing operators and a deep understanding of African iGaming markets.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through promotions, marketing initiatives, and player engagement strategies.
- Experience using promotional tools, bonus engines, and campaign management systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
