Global Key Account Manager | Full-Time | Remote (EMEA Region)

We are a trusted recruitment partner focused on connecting exceptional professionals with leading international organizations. On behalf of a well-established global software company, we are looking for a results-oriented Global Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with the company’s most critical clients across the EMEA region. This full-time, remote role is ideal for an experienced account management professional with a strong enterprise background and a drive for long-term value creation.

About the Role

As a Global Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for high-profile clients. Your role will center on understanding client objectives, identifying evolving needs, and delivering solutions that generate measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, technical, and customer success—to ensure excellent service delivery and uncover opportunities to deepen client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key global accounts across the EMEA region.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client business goals, challenges, and priorities.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities that create clear business value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service delivery.
  • Lead contract discussions and negotiations to support sustainable partnerships.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs, and present regular strategic business reviews.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive developments to shape account strategies.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within the software or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex global accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and account management tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are a strong advantage.
