On behalf of one of our partner organizations, we are recruiting for the role of Finance Manager. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing financial performance, and supporting senior management with strategic insights. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance and enabling sustainable business growth within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and effective resource allocation.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process in close collaboration with department heads.
- Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly forecasts, tracking performance against budget and providing actionable insights.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare executive-level management reports and presentations highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business initiatives, investments, and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
- Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies in line with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and address audit findings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance management or corporate finance, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
