We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Accounting to join our finance team. You will be at the heart of the company's financial strategy and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial processes.
Your missions
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Guarantee the reliability of accounts and compliance with International and Local accounting standards.
- Supervise all accounting operations within scope, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure unqualified financial statement validation by external auditors.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency across accounting operations.
- Serve as a technical leader, mentoring and developing team members to enhance their accounting and analytical skills.
- Actively contribute to ERP migration projects and the ongoing improvement of financial information systems.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
- Mitigate financial and operational risks through the design and enforcement of robust internal controls.
- Accurately calculate and record monthly and year-end corporate tax provisions.
- Apply strong knowledge of both French and Tunisian accounting standards in day-to-day operations and reporting.
Your profile
- Ambitious and results-oriented professional.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field (e.g., audit), preferably within a multinational company.
- Solid knowledge and experience in French and Tunisian accounting standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with international teams.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial management tools.
- Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
