HR Operations Generalist (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an English Speaking Generalist to work on a contract basis. The role involves handling general support tasks and communications for a global platform. Tasks include assisting users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and concise English language support to users via chat, email, or other communication channels.

• Assist users with account setup, verification, and general platform navigation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to user accounts, transactions, or technical difficulties.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and user feedback in the designated system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

• Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles is preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and communication tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
