Job Description

Machine Planning & Capacity Management:

• Defines and prioritizes the cutting order and redistributes the machine workload (e.g. because of preventive or unplanned maintenance affected machines must be redistributed).
• Builds an urgent optimization, (if required e.g. in case of urgent request of customer, unavailability, utilization, or lack of material availability).
• Checks the existing databases (e. g. Cutting Area Optimization (CAO), FORS, etc. for missing data e.g. crimp data, routing, tools, etc.).
• Identifies and conducts continuous improvement activities in the area of responsibility.
