Position: Growth Hacker
Your Role: As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and optimize growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute automated re-engagement campaigns on social media platforms (WeChat, WhatsApp) and via email.
Use tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Phantombuster, ActiveCampaign, and Winddle to automate and optimize re-engagement processes.
Analyze performance data and adjust strategies based on results.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate campaign feedback.
Set up campaign animations based on seasonality and business history.

What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills:
Proven experience in growth hacking and digital marketing.
Proficiency in automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Phantombuster, ActiveCampaign).
Strong awareness of market tools and AI-enhanced tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly WeChat and WhatsApp.
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in B2B sectors.
Knowledge of Asian markets is a plus.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and growth hacking.
