Description du poste
We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Technical Recruiter capable of independently sourcing talent, reviewing and assessing CVs, and managing technical hiring needs. This fully remote position requires someone who can take full ownership of the sourcing pipeline. Exceptional written and spoken English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Talent Sourcing
Identify and engage candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Indeed, StepStone, GitHub, and StackOverflow.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for engineering, software, production, and administrative positions.
Apply advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search, automation tools, and modern recruitment techniques.
Craft and send professional outreach messages in flawless English.
CV Screening & Pre-Qualification
Utilize AI tools and internal systems to parse and analyze CVs.
Assess candidates based on skills, experience, seniority, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
Conduct structured remote screening calls in excellent English.
Prepare clear, concise evaluation reports for hiring managers.
Technical Recruitment
Understand hiring requirements across engineering, IT, and production roles.
Translate business needs into accurate and detailed technical profiles.
Review technical CVs with a focus on relevant tools, frameworks, and hands-on experience.
Advise managers on candidate suitability and technical match.
Remote Hiring Process Management
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and feedback.
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
Keep all candidate information updated and organized in Odoo HR / ATS.
Ensure consistent, high-quality communication in professional English.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Provide weekly updates on sourcing activity and recruitment funnels.
Research and recommend new sourcing channels.
Optimize processes through automation and AI-powered tools.
2–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in technical hiring.
Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2 level) — strictly required.
Strong ability to assess technical CVs confidently.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with Odoo HR or other ATS systems is an advantage.
Comfortable working with AI-based screening and CV parsing tools.
Nice-to-Have
Understanding of software development, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier/Make or web scraping for sourcing.
Background in international recruitment.
