The User Guide Developer is responsible for transforming complex processes and platform functionalities into clear, structured, and visually consistent user guides. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, content creators, and subject matter experts to ensure every guide is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project documentation, workflows, and client requirements to understand the platform’s features and user interactions.
Prepare detailed user guides that include step-by-step instructions, screenshots, and visuals in multiple languages (Arabic, English, French).
Ensure terminology consistency across all guides, matching the platform interface and approved scripts.
Collaborate with the design and video production teams to synchronize written content with tutorial videos.
Review and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and formatting before submission for approval.
Update guides based on client feedback, change requests, and platform updates.
Maintain structured files and documentation to ensure version control and easy reference.

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat (basic knowledge of design tools is a plus).
Ability to work with multilingual content and manage translation consistency.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with eLearning, instructional design, or digital platforms is an asset.
