We are looking for a creative and bilingual Community Manager to join our team in Tunisia! If you are passionate about social media, storytelling, and building strong online communities, this role is for you.Responsibilities

Manage and animate our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create outstanding monthly content timelines/calendars
Develop engaging content ideas, stories, captions, and community activations
Interact daily with followers (comments, messages, engagement strategies)
Monitor KPIs and prepare basic monthly performance reports
Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and best practices
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure consistency and brand identity

Fluent in English & French
Strong creative eye with the ability to propose fresh, high-impact content ideas
Solid understanding of social media platforms and community management
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Ability to create structured and compelling monthly content timelines
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Experience in content creation or community management is a plus
