LRT operates in two major international sectors:
-
LRT Automotive – Manufacturing and distributing automotive spare parts including exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters, DPFs, and related components.
-
LRT E-Mobility & Energy – Developing and producing EV charging infrastructure for international markets.
Our clients include retailers, wholesalers, energy companies, webshops, and large distribution networks across Europe and beyond.
We are expanding our Sales Operations team and looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented intern to support our lead generation and CRM processes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a bright, analytical, and highly organized Sales & Lead Generation Intern to support our outbound sales process.
This role is not a basic repetitive data-entry position. It requires someone who:

Understands target markets

Pays strong attention to detail

Thinks critically about customer profiles

Is comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
The selected candidate will receive training on professional sales tools and internal AI systems.
We are looking for someone who:

Has completed their studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

Is fluent in English (very strong written and reading skills required)
-
Has good communication skills in French
-
Is detail-oriented and highly organized
-
Is comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
-
Has strong analytical thinking

Is proactive and willing to learn
-
Is immediately available
-
Preferably lives near Mghira, Radès, Zahra, Mornag, Fouchana or surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Lead Generation & Validation
-
Generate B2B leads using Apollo.io
-
Identify companies that match our ideal customer profile (automotive retailers, energy companies, e-mobility infrastructure players, wholesalers, etc.)
-
Push leads into our internal AI validation tool
-
Review and clean validated leads based on scoring and web data analysis
-
Ensure data accuracy and quality before reintegrating leads into Apollo
2️⃣ Data Enrichment & CRM Management
-
Enrich company profiles with relevant contacts (decision-makers, managers, executives)
-
Organize leads into structured prospect lists
-
Import and manage contact lists inside HubSpot CRM
-
Assign contacts to predefined sales sequences
-
Schedule and manage automated outbound email campaigns
3️⃣ Market Understanding
-
Develop a strong understanding of:
-
Automotive spare parts retail markets
-
E-mobility and EV charging ecosystem
-

Ensure that generated leads align with our target customer profiles
-
Continuously improve data quality and targeting accuracy
Working Conditions
-
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-
Special working hours during Ramadan (same schedule as company employees)

On-site position (not remote)
