Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management, and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Manage procurement, logistics and warehousing activities.

· Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.

· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

· Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.

· Lead negotiations with logistics providers to secure favorable terms.

· Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

· Analyze market trends and technological advancements to enhance supply chain operations.

· Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

· Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in supply chain management or logistics.

· Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.

· Strong knowledge of supply chain software and ERP systems.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.

· Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with global supply chain operations.

· Knowledge of industry best practices and innovative supply chain technologies.

· Certification such as CSCP, CPSM, or similar is advantageous.
