IT Manager

Hicha Joy is a leading agricultural company situated in the governorate of Gabès committed to sustainable cultivation, innovation, and long-term development. 

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated, and experienced IT Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• is responsible for the supervision, implementation, and maintenance of  computing needs.
• He ensures the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Research and implement technological strategic solutions
• Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
• Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
• Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Select and purchase new and replacement hardware and software when necessary
• Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively
• Generate performance reports for operating systems
• Maintain quality service through assuring that all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
• Evaluate technology risks in order to develop a network failures recovery plan and backup procedures
• Remain up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices
• Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

Qualifications & Education

• Engineering or Master’s degree In information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT management.
