Technical Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a a highly organized and proactive Technical Officer to strengthen our technical operations, and activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a clear and appropriate storage process, technical coordination, accurate reporting, and supporting daily and weekly planning to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage an inventory system and organize technical storage.
• Ensure the availability of all required spare parts and technical materials.
• Identify and report urgent maintenance and repair tool requirements to management for approval.
• Collect daily registrations and reports from supervisors.
• Operate and manage TDO Software, ensuring accurate daily updates and communication. 
• Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings and issue working tickets accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate the execution of daily and weekly plans.
• Prepare, track, and submit weekly presence (attendance) reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in a technical, engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a technical, administrative role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with TDO Software or similar operational software is an advantage.
• Good communication and Team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, reporting tools).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good English skills
