Description du poste
Hicha Joy is actively seeking an experienced and committed Purchase Manager.
S/he is responsible for managing the purchasing and procurement process, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods for Hicha Joy’s day-to-day operations.
The job involves evaluating goods quality, researching different vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports concerning details about orders, costs and ensures he/ she identifies the most profitable offers.
S/he reviews prices and quality and ensures that purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets.
Key responsibilities involve:
- Develop purchasing strategies and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Continually improve purchasing methods/processes
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets and Identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Coordinate with internal departments in the company regarding their supply needs and develop future purchasing plans
- Track incoming inventory; delivery arrival time and note the arrival time
- Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices and quantity of supplies
- Business and market watch
- Identify the best supplier and confirm orders under the best conditions in terms of quality, price and delivery times (prepare comparative table of offers).
- Timely fill in the order list
- Review and maintain accurate record of purchasing files and records (purchase orders, contracts, etc.) to ensure its compliance with company policies and procedures and the governmental regulations
- Ensure good documentation/Traceability as reference for the future
- Analyze data and produce regular reports and statistics
- Calculate and monitor purchasing process performance indicators
- 3 to 5 years' higher education in the following fields: trade, commerce, logistics and purchasing
- Proven Experience in the field
- Strong communication and negociation skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, market research, policy, and systems
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Commercial and financial acumen: budget management and cost optimization
- Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
