Labor Manager

We are Hiring : Labor Manager (Full Time)

Hicha Joy is looking for a dedicated and energetic Labor Manager to lead a team of around 120 workers in a high-tech greenhouse.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone skilled in combining organizational thinking with practical action.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead by example and motivate a team of supervisors and workers in the greenhouse
• Create daily and weekly planning and communicate it clearly
• Use Excel and company software to manage hours, productivity, and bonuses
• Monitor quality and speed, support new staff, and ensure smooth operations
• Solve problems quickly
• Coordinate with HR about needed personnel
• Be present and lead by example — not from behind the desk

Qualifications & Desired Criteria

• University degree or technical diploma in agriculture, management, or related field.
• Experience managing people in agriculture, logistics, or production
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills in English
• Proactive, reliable, and confident in leading others
