Consord is hiring, on behalf of a private university, an HR Officer. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. The officer will ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting staff development and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding

Administer employee records and HR documentation

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies

Support performance management and staff development programs

Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance to staff

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field

Knowledge of Tunisian labor laws and HR best practices

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with HR software and tools preferred

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
