Consord is hiring, on behalf of a private university, a Student Experience Officer. The role focuses on enhancing student engagement, well-being, and campus life. The officer will serve as the main point of contact for student activities and support services.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement programs to improve student life and engagement

Coordinate student activities, clubs, and events across the university

Act as liaison between students and administration to address concerns

Support initiatives promoting student well-being and inclusion

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of student experience programs

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience in student services or event management preferred

Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and faculty

Problem-solving mindset with focus on student satisfaction
