EN: Concord is hiring an IT Support Technician (Work-Study) at Concentrix. You’ll manage tickets, support users, and perform first-line troubleshooting with structured escalation.

Key Responsibilities (bulleted):

FR: Prendre en charge les tickets (incidents/demandes) et assurer le suivi jusqu’à clôture
FR: Diagnostiquer les problèmes L1 (accès, logiciel, réseau basique) et escalader si nécessaire
FR: Documenter les actions (résolution, étapes, notes ticket, procédures)
EN: Handle incidents/requests via ticketing tools and follow through to closure
EN: Perform L1 troubleshooting and escalate with clear reproduction steps
EN: Maintain clean ticket notes and basic documentation

Must hold a Baccalaureate (High School Diploma) (Bachelor’s track eligibility)
Strong French + English communication (spoken & written)
