Consord is hiring, on behalf of a private university, an Account Receivable Officer to manage the full client billing cycle and payment follow-up, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue and send client invoices.
Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and manage collections.
Update client records and provide regular financial reporting.
Analyze overdue accounts and propose cash-flow optimization solutions.
Collaborate with the accounting team and management to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of proven experience in client accounting or receivables.
Strong knowledge of accounting tools and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Tunisian accounting standards.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication with clients.
