Consord is hiring, on behalf of a private university, an Account Payable. The role involves managing supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices

Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors

Maintain accurate accounts payable records and files

Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software

Excellent organizational and communication skills
