CNC Operator / Machinist

LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a hands-on CNC Operator / Machinist to join our production team. This is a practical, technical role focused on operating CNC machines and supporting the production process. The ideal candidate is precise, adaptable, and comfortable working directly with machinery and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines according to technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and production instructions
• Set up tools, select appropriate machine parameters, and monitor production for quality and accuracy
• Perform initial tests and adjustments to ensure precise output
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to reduce downtime
• Support production and engineering teams with machining tasks as needed

• Proven hands-on experience operating CNC machines (3-axis and/or 5-axis preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models
• Familiarity with G-code and CAM software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Mandatory: Good English communication skills
• Valid passport
• Clean B3

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial workshop environment
• Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc, or Heidenhain CNC controls
• Adaptable, hands-on, and practical approach to tasks
