Position Overview

We are looking for a Medior QA (Manual Testing & Application Support)  to strengthen our team who will be responsible for manual testing and application support activities, ensuring a high level of quality and responsiveness to user needs.

This role is ideal for a junior profile interested in :

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate tools
• Validate fixes and ensure quality before releases
• Provide application support by analysing and resolving user-reported issues
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams
• Participate in test planning and continuous improvement of QA processes

Additional Information

• The position will be based in Tunis 

• Experience in application support / incident management  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environment

• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azur Devops, or similar

• Degree: Bac+3 or Bac+4 in Computer Science or a related field
•  Experience: 1 to 2 years in QA/manual testing
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
•  Good communication and team spirit
• Immediate availability is a plus
