Junior 3D Development Engineer (CIVP Eligible)

LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a Junior 3D Development Engineer to join our engineering and product development team.

This position is ideal for a candidate with initial hands-on experience in 3D design and technical drawings, who is looking to grow in a dynamic and innovative environment focused on product development and electric mobility solutions.

The selected candidate will support the design and development of real products, working closely with the engineering team on 3D modeling, technical documentation, and prototype development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D models and assemblies using Fusion 360
• Prepare 2D technical drawings and design documentation
• Support product development and design improvement projects
• Participate in prototype design and validation
• Assist in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOMs)
• Review and update engineering drawings based on project requirements
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Support documentation and version control of design files

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in 3D design / technical drawing
• Strong working knowledge of Fusion 360
• Experience with 3D drawings, assemblies, and technical documentation
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• CIVP eligible
• Available immediately
