Automotive Mechanical Engineer

❖ Position: Automotive Mechanical Designer

❖ Location: Tunisia

❖ Job Description:

We looks for Mechanical Engineers to work for our customers in Automotive Sector and to support all phases of product development in Mechanical domain. Our customers cover from Concept phase to Industrialization and final tuning for production phase. A deep Experience in Body and Trims areas is required as also Virtual Validation and testing.

❖ Requested Fields of Experience

- Body Area: • BIW (Body-in-White) and Closures

• Exterior trims, Lighting and vision systems

Interior Area:

• Instrument Panel and Floor Console

• Interior Trims (Upper and lower)

• Door Panel Trims

• Carpets

❖ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using CATIA V5/V6 for 3D and 2D design (Part Design, Generative Shape Design) and/or Siemens NX and/or other 3D CAD SW

• General knowledge of how to build a Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Good understanding of vehicle feasibility, plastic molding technologies,sheet metal forming technologies

• Experience in system homologation principles during the development phase

• General Knowledge in General vehicle development plan (project milestones and related deliverables)

• Awareness of quality objectives in the product development and production phases

• FMEA methodology

❖ Requirements:

• Mastering of English language (C1 level)

• Knowledge for Business Use of German Language is considered a plus

• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field

• Teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, willingness to learn and grow professionally

• Good knowledge of Office Suite
