Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Execution
- Shoot and edit fast-paced, scroll-stopping content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Ads)
- Adapt content formats based on platform best practices and trends
- Ensure high-quality execution with strong attention to detail (framing, lighting, pacing)
Content Strategy & Planning
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar
- Translate marketing objectives into clear content directions
- Align content with campaigns, launches, and key business moments
Creative Direction
- Bring fresh, relevant content ideas that elevate the brand
- Propose new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches
- Stay ahead of trends while maintaining brand consistency
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze key KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions)
- Provide clear reporting and actionable insights
- Continuously optimize content based on performance data
Profile We’re Looking For :
- Strong understanding of social media dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)
- Able to shoot and edit content quickly without compromising quality
- Performance-driven mindset, not just aesthetic-focused
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Experience working with brands in beauty, wellness, pharmaceutical, or lifestyle sectors
