Senior Full Stack Developer - React and Python

We're looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong command of React and FastAPI to join our team. You'll play a key role in building scalable web applications - and because this role works directly with both our engineering team and non-technical stakeholders (clients, product leads, founders), you'll often be the one leading the conversation: translating business needs into technical plans, explaining trade-offs, driving alignment, and documenting decisions so the team and client always know where things stand.

You will partner closely with an AI Solutions Architect Analyst who handles the high level design and low-code prototyping(n8n, Google AI Studio) - your job will be to take those blueprints and turn them into production grade software; custom apps, ERP and third-party integrations, API work, internal tooling...

Expect real ownership from day one - this isn't a ticket-closing role. You'll help shape the architecture, make real technical calls, and ship work that clients actually rely on

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, modern component-based architecture
• Backend: FastAPI, Python 3, REST / GraphQL APIs
• Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL (experience with both is a plus)
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP (EC2/S3/Lambda/RDS/CloudFront or equivalents), Docker
• Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab
• Other: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and code review best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Proven experience delivering production-grade React + FastAPI applications
• Deep understanding of modern frontend state management and API integration
• Solid grasp of software architecture, database design, and RESTful best practices
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficient use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) to code more productively - responsibly and with sound judgment
• C2-level English is non-negotiable. You'll be leading technical discussions with both engineers and non-technical audiences (clients, product owners, executives) - explaining architecture trade-offs, scoping features, presenting progress, and driving decisions. Clarity, precision, and confidence in spoken and written English are essential.
