Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

Ensuring project deadlines are met.

Determining project changes.

Undertaking project tasks as required.

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Providing administrative support as needed.

Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization.

Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Engineering degree (electrical/mechanical) and 2+ years of solid experience in engineering project management, ideally in the automotive sector.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work on tight deadlines.

A keen eye for detail.
