We are looking for a Junior Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional product quality — not only from a technical standpoint, but from a real user experience perspective.

If you enjoy thinking like an end-user, identifying friction points, and ensuring software works seamlessly in real-world conditions, this role is for you.

We are looking for someone who:

• Recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Has 0–1 year of experience (internships, academic projects, or freelance work accepted)

• Is eligible for a CIVP contract

• Has strong communication skills and is fluent in English

• Is detail-oriented and enjoys analyzing how users interact with products

• Thinks critically and proactively suggests improvements

Technical Skills

• Understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies

• Familiarity with writing and maintaining test cases and test strategies

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI), Docker, and Kubernetes

• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments

• Ability to validate APIs and write basic database queries

• General understanding of modern web and backend technologies (TypeScript, HTML, Python, Flutter, C/C++, etc.)

• Awareness of system integration and end-to-end testing concepts

As a Junior Test Engineer, you will ensure our products are:

You will test our systems from a user journey perspective, ensuring both technical correctness and smooth user experience across web, mobile, backend, and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans based on real user scenarios and product flows

• Identify bugs, usability issues, and edge cases before release

• Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, backend, and embedded systems

• Validate APIs, UI components, and database integrity

• Simulate real-world user interactions and system behaviors

• Perform root cause analysis for failures and collaborate with developers on fixes

• Contribute to improving product stability, performance, and reliability

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure test environments reflect production conditions

• Document findings clearly and propose corrective and preventive actions
