Dutch Customer Support Team Hiring (6 Positions) – Tunis

Location: Tunis City Center
(Immeuble n°36, Avenue de Londres, Apartment 3.2, Tunis)

Position: Dutch Customer Support Agent

Openings: 6

Salary Package:

Base Salary: 2500 TND (Net)
Performance Bonus: up to 1000 TND
Total Compensation: up to 3500 TND

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Deliver professional and timely service

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
Basic English skills are a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
