Main Responsibilities

Technical Support

Application Support

Assistance with the installation and commissioning of software, updates, and new equipment
User support (hotline) during deployment and use of products
Reporting and documentation of technical incidents

To succeed, you must be highly knowledgeable about the company’s products and have strong expertise with IT tools.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician (call center experience is a plus)
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of Windows and professional software
Strong customer service mindset, clear communication, and ability to work in a team
