Position: Remote Administrative Assistant (Freelance)

Working Hours (Toronto Time – EST):
11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with a 1-hour break ( 16:30 to 01:30  Tunisian Time)
Please note: Work hours may be adjusted to address unforeseen business needs requiring immediate coverage.

This is a remote freelance position.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Business Development:

• Actively identify and generate new leads through research, outreach, and networking
• Conduct marketing activities, including phone calls, email outreach, and client engagement
• Contact potential customers to introduce company services and solutions
• Perform outbound calls and consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand the client base
• Promote company services, including CO₂ solutions, to targeted industries
• Focus on key sectors such as restaurants, cold storage facilities, and meat processing plants
• Research and identify grants and funding opportunities relevant to clients and services
• Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on all outreach activities
• Support marketing initiatives to increase company visibility and market presence

Additional Notes:

• Call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Previous experience in a similar industry (HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, or related fields) is highly appreciated

Important Note on Schedule

This role requires consistent availability during late hours (depending on your local time zone). Based on our previous experience, this schedule may be challenging for individuals with significant caregiving responsibilities, particularly those with young children. We want to be transparent so applicants can assess whether this shift is a good fit.
