Description du poste
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships and coordinating the entire quotation process for new projects.
This is not a traditional sales position. The role requires strong technical knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and the ability to guide customers throughout the complete project acquisition cycle, from the initial contact through quotation, negotiation and project launch.
The position will play a strategic role in supporting the growth of Ergotech Tunisia while working closely with the Technical Office, Industrialization and Engineering teams located at the Group headquarters in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international customers.
- Prospect new projects and new markets, with a primary focus on the Automotive sector.
- Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.
- Analyze customer RFQs and coordinate the quotation process internally and externally.
- Interface with the Technical Office, Industrialization, Purchasing and Engineering teams at the Italian headquarters to prepare competitive technical-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate costing activities and collect technical and commercial information required for quotations.
- Prepare and follow up commercial offers and customer negotiations.
- Manage customer visits, technical meetings, commercial audits and trade fairs.
- Support the launch phase of new projects, ensuring an effective transfer of information between customers and internal departments.
- Monitor commercial opportunities and prepare periodic reports for Management.
- Plan and conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement business development plans aligned with Group strategy.
- Manage commercial negotiations while ensuring the correct balance between competitiveness and profitability.
- Support pricing strategy definition and customer price management.
- Interface with mold suppliers for the collection and evaluation of technical-commercial quotations.
- Manage the complete customer acquisition process from first contact to production start-up.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding (mandatory requirement).
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, project management or quotation activities within the plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, product industrialization and mold manufacturing.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand customer specifications.
- Experience managing RFQs and industrial quotations.
- Excellent command of French and English (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Technical Diploma or University Degree in Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
- Experience dealing with international B2B customers.
- Understanding of industrial costing, pricing and project profitability.

- Knowledge of the Automotive industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
