Job Description:

The Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products in line with customer demand, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on forecasts and customer orders.

· Develop detailed production schedules considering capacity, manpower, and machine availability.

· Adjust plans in response to changes in demand or operational constraints.

Production Follow-up

· Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to the production plan.

· Identify delays, bottlenecks, or shortages and propose corrective actions.

· Update planning data and communicate changes to production teams.

Coordination

· Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to ensure material availability.

· Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics departments.

· Participate in production meetings and planning reviews.

Reporting & Analysis

· Maintain accurate production data in ERP/MRP systems.

· Prepare production reports and KPIs (schedule adherence, output, efficiency).

· Analyze performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in production planning or industrial operations

Preferred Skills:

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Language Requirements

· English: Fluent (spoken and written) – mandatory

· French : Fluent

· Arabic: Professional working level is an advantage
