Description du poste
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Aramex. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, acquiring and managing key accounts, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team, develop and execute effective sales strategies, monitor performance against targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service while achieving the company's revenue and growth objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a sales management role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is required. Excellent command of English is essential. Previous experience in the logistics, transportation, courier, or express industry is highly preferred.
