LinkDesk is Hiring: Flight Ticket Sales Agents
We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Flight Ticket Sales Agents to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight reservations and ticket bookings.
- Provide accurate travel information, fare options, and travel advice.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work efficiently with online systems.
- Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Previous experience in airline ticketing, travel, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
