Warehouse & Stock Assistant (CIVP Eligible)

LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Stock Assistant to support our production and operations activities.

This is a practical, hands-on position suitable for a junior candidate looking to gain experience in logistics, inventory management, ERP systems, and industrial operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure materials, components, and products are properly received, stored, tracked, and supplied to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and products
• Prepare and supply materials required for production activities
• Perform stock counts and inventory checks
• Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system
• Assist with data entry and stock movements in Odoo ERP
• Support logistics and warehouse organization activities
• Ensure materials are correctly labeled and stored
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and handling materials when required
• Support production teams with operational and logistics-related tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Follow company safety and quality procedures

• Eligible for a CIVP contract
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a production and warehouse environment
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
• Knowledge of Odoo is a strong advantage
• Previous internship or experience in logistics, warehouse, stock management, or production support
• Forklift or warehouse experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• Male candidate preferred due to the physical nature of certain warehouse and material-handling tasks
• Valid passport
• Clean B3 record
